How it works

Signing without surrendering the document

Most e-sign products upload your contract to a vendor. Here the PDF is rendered and stamped in the browser. When you download, BrowserSpaces embeds a Web Crypto attestation in metadata. Verification recomputes that package locally — we never receive the file.

Before you start

  • This is not a qualified or certified electronic signature under eIDAS or similar regimes.
  • Legal validity depends on document type and jurisdiction — use judgment before relying on it.
  • Keep an unsigned original if you may need to re-sign later.
